Solution Infusion created the Human Capital Academy to address the Human Capital Talent Gap.  Recent Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration statistics suggest the Nation’s pool of qualified resources will continue to shrink and that traditional practices are less likely than in previous years to meet the current and future demand for skilled labor.

The Human Capital Academy (HCA) is specifically designed to facilitate a community partnership between expanding employers, academic institutions, local economic development organizations, the public workforce development system and other community organizations focused on building demand driven workforce development solutions where the human capital needs of expanding employers (demand) are met by effectively building and advancing an employer-specific and job-ready labor force (supply).

The Human Capital Academy consists of two programs, TrainToWork and TrainToAdvance which focus on workforce new-hire development and incumbent development, respectively.

TrainToWork
TrainToWork, a Human Capital Academy Program, matches the human capital needs of business (demand) with the available source of displaced workers (supply). Following a specific methodology and using specially designed tools, the TrainToWork Program is the innovative and effective answer to re-skilling and re-employing recently displaced workers.

TrainToAdvance
TrainToAdvance, a Human Capital Academy Program, identifies the mission critical skills gaps of companies/organizations and develops effective, employer and job-specific training solutions that facilitate existing workforce advancement and increase workforce retention and productivity. Using a specific methodology, TrainToAdvance generates employer and job-specific skill development programs that lead to existing workforce advancement.
